Hello,
I would like a chance to introduce
myself and to tell you a little about my motivations for starting a
teacher homestay business.
In my 20's, I spent every penny I
earned on trips to various parts of the world. It was a
priority to me for 10 years because each time I went, I learned
more about the beautiful complexity of this great world. Most
of all, I enjoyed talking with people from other cultures and
making memories that have lasted. Each friendship I have
made, each conversation I have had with someone from another
country, has helped me to grow and to realize just how much we are
all interconnected. I am grateful for that
perspective.
In my 30's, after getting my TESOL
degree, I taught in an international language school where I was
blessed with the opportunity to continue learning from others while
also giving something valuable in return. Teaching English
became a new passion for me, and I discovered that I have a true
ability in this field. Over the past 10 years, I have
attended many conferences, found many resources, taught thousands
of students, and developed effective techniques for helping
students with pronunciation, writing, grammar and
vocabulary.
I know I can provide a rich
experience for you and look forward to helping you to achieve
whatever goals you may have.
