A Word from your Teacher....

Hello,

I would like a chance to introduce myself and to tell you a little about my motivations for starting a teacher homestay business.

In my 20's, I spent every penny I earned on trips to various parts of the world.  It was a priority to me for 10 years because each time I went, I learned more about the beautiful complexity of this great world.  Most of all, I enjoyed talking with people from other cultures and making memories that have lasted.  Each friendship I have made, each conversation I have had with someone from another country, has helped me to grow and to realize just how much we are all interconnected.  I am grateful for that perspective.

In my 30's, after getting my TESOL degree, I taught in an international language school where I was blessed with the opportunity to continue learning from others while also giving something valuable in return.  Teaching English became a new passion for me, and I discovered that I have a true ability in this field.  Over the past 10 years, I have attended many conferences, found many resources, taught thousands of students, and developed effective techniques for helping students with pronunciation, writing, grammar and vocabulary.

I know I can provide a rich experience for you and look forward to helping you to achieve whatever goals you may have.

A Comment from one of Kimberly's Students:

"Kimberly, I don't know how many times I can thank you for what you did for me and the students who had trouble learning English...where do you get this energy and power?  You are so patient and understanding with the students.  Hopefully you will never lose this personality and keep helping students like me!" - Semra Kurt, Germany
